How to withdraw bitcoins to my Bank Account?

Actually, I am from Nepal. I am searching for a way through I can withdraw my bitcoins or any other crypto to my bank account. I researched them but finally got to know that I can't withdraw my bitcoins directly. So,
Question 1: Do you know a method that I can use to withdraw my bitcoins to my bank with low fees in Nepal?
If you don't know this method, then I have some other alternative too. I have a Payoneer MasterCard and a Payoneer US/ Euro Bank Account. I will be able to withdraw my Bitcoins if I can exchange it for Payoneer USD or Euro. So,
Question 2: Can you tell me how can I withdraw my bitcoins to the US or Euro bank Account? You can say, it's an ACH or SEPA Transfer...

Withdraw bitcoin from coinbase, wait time?

Hey there! When you buy bitcoin on coinbase you receive and email confirming the purchase, in the email they specify that the coins can be traded immediately on the platform; however, to transfer off of coinbase you must wait a few days (presumably to let the funds clear). Several times now I have immediately withdrawn the coins to my personal hardware wallet. I have however noticed the newly purchased btc can not transferred from coinbase to coinbase pro until a few days after purchase.
Should I be concerned that I was able to immediately withdraw btc from coinbase to personal wallet after purchasing them despite the email purchase confirmation that states I need to wait a few days?

Is it possible to withdraw bitcoin from cash app debit card at an ATM?

One of the reasons I got the cash app card was because I figured it was like bitpay(not sure If bitpay still allows it) where you could take from your bitcoin wallet balance and send it to your atm debit card and then spend it anywhere just like a credit card and could also withdraw the cash at some ATMs.... bitpay had a period where they stopped this. And they started back up but I’m not sure if they still allow you to spend it.I’m just wondering if cashapp allows this or if there is some sort of law that’s stopping them from allowing it?
Thanks !

Investors withdraw bitcoins from exchanges

And this indicates a likely price increase, Glassnode experts say.
According to the platform, the number of coins stored on exchanges decreased by 10% from the highs seen in January.
“Investors are withdrawing Bitcoin from exchanges - potentially indicating a shift to longer-term holding strategies.BTC balances have fallen nearly 10% from the highs seen in January,” Glassnode said.
A similar opinion is shared by Coindesk analyst Omkar Godbow. Traders usually withdraw coins in anticipation of growth and replenish balances at the platforms if they expect depreciation to be ready for sales. Now holders of coins are counting on the rise in the price of the first cryptocurrency due to May halving, the expert believes.

Is anyone else having issues withdrawing bitcoin?

I tried to withdraw all my bitcoin from nash, but was unable to. Sounds like (from their support) that this is a known issue. I still haven't heard more from them after their initial response a couple days ago. Is anyone else seeing this problem?
Update: as of this morning (monday june 8), my transfer seems to have successfully posted to the mempool. I appreciate Nash's quick responses to this!

Almost 100 euro fee when withdrawing Bitcoin

Hey everyone,
I recently purchased Bitcoin via SEPA transfer in Uphold. Sent 5000 euro, after I bought Bitcoin I hade 4850. Now that I want to withdraw those coins to my personal wallet, the withdrawal preview tells me I will receive the equivalent to 4770. As far as I know the withdrawal fees are fixed, and way below this quantity. Could someone tell me if this is right?
Thank you.

Cash.app Failing to Withdraw bitcoin

Ive tried twice now to withdraw my bitcoin to my bitcoin address. Cash app gives me a confirmation notice after hitting the confirm button but the withdrawal doesn't show up on the activity display section of the app. Nor does the bitcoin show up in my wallet. Cash app said it was successful TWICE but nothing happens. The bitcoin is still there.
I've bought and withdrawn bitcoin many times on here and this is the first time I've had issues. Something is seriously wrong on your end. Please help.

LPT: When you deposit or withdraw bitcoin ensure you keep a copy of the address

CashApp doesn't record bitcoin deposits or withdraws that are made until they confirm on the blockchain. This means that while they are in the mempool (unconfirmed) you have no record of withdraw and no way to track it. All you see is that your balance dropped (withdraw) and no proof of why.
Not that you would forget that you made a withdraw 5 minutes after the fact, but without the address you deposited or withdrew to, you have no way to track the progress.
